When receiving the product, some of the toner will fall off which makes it looks like dirty ( product contains the Activated carbon ), no worry it’s NOT actual dirty and it’s brand new.
Please use water rinse off the toner on the filter material and housing before use .
Periodic cleaning the motor and filter cartridges/material , move out the sundries stuck at motor ( if any) to avoid it stop running
