Blackmagic Design has released a new update for their line of monitors/recorders: Blackmagic Video Assist 3.16. The models that benefit from this update are the Blackmagic Video Assist 5” 12G HDR and the Blackmagic Video Assist 7” 12G HDR. Let’s take a look at the new improvements!Less than one month ago, Blackmagic Design released the Blackmagic Video Assist 3.15 update, adding BRAW recording from the Panasonic LUMIX GH7 and FUJIFILM GFX100S II. Now, the company has released the 3.16 update, improving general performance and stability as well as adding Blackmagic RAW recording from the FUJIFILM X-T50.The update allows BRAW recording from the FUJIFILM X-T50. The utility updates Blackmagic Video Assist to the new update, fixing bugs, improving stability, and adding new functionalities. In this case, FUJIFILM X-T50 users will benefit from Blackmagic RAW recording.The utility also installs Blackmagic RAW Player, Blackmagic RAW Speed Test, Blackmagic RAW SDK, and Blackmagic RAW plugins.
