BLAZAR, known for bringing affordable anamorphic lenses to the market, have announced the release of a new set of lenses in their Remus collection – the Remus B set. The set includes four lenses: the 33mm, 50mm, 125mm, and 85mm (released in July), all of which are full-frame, just like those in the original Remus A set. Let’s have a look.Along with a few individual 1.8x full-frame anamorphic lenses like the 85mm/T2.9 (released under the name Great Joy), Remus brought out their first 1.5x anamorphic lens set at the end of last year, the Remus A set, consisting of three focal lengths – 45, 65, and 100mm. Now they’re back with a new set, the Remus B. Of note is that the 33mm is now included with either set. Both sets will now include the 33mm/T1.8 lens.
