I’m choosy about what trends I try and definitely wouldn’t define myself as someone with a “trendy” personal style. I stay pretty closely aligned with clothes that I feel are casual, polished, and simple.
Color me shocked when I tried on a pair of mesh sneakers and fell in love.
Amanda and I were in Los Angeles last week and we spent some time wandering stores one afternoon. We went into Rag and Bone and my eyes caught on the mesh sneakers. I tried them on and loved them! They feel more *me* than a ballet flat but I’ll admit that I can feel myself softening on the ballet flat/mary jane trend too.
I said I wanted to up my shoe game this year, and this is me trying.
One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen.
Number 13 is what I went home with, and I swiftly ordered #7 and #11 upon arriving back home. I love the look of a mesh shoe without socks, but you do you.
