Victoria’s Secret Pink I Want Cozy Collection for Holiday 2024 is now available with three new, limited-edition fragrances to celebrate the season! Of course, I immediately purchased the Pink Warm Cookies Body Mist and Lotion. They are currently $10 each on sale and I had some rewards saved up plus there was an additional stacked discount so, the deal was too great to pass up on!
As a gourmand girl I was instantly interested in Victoria’s Secret Pink Warm Cookie with its notes of gingerbread, vanilla icing, and gumdrops. Does it really smell like gingerbread? Let’s see!
No, it doesn’t LOL! Sorry to disappoint but I don’t get the gingerbread from this at all! That being said you do get a bit of sugar cookie to it. This is really a fun and interesting blend! I love it and think I’ll haul a backup! It reminds me those soft sugar cookies with the yummy, sugar icing! Particularly the ones with pink icing! You get this blast of sweet fruits that reminds me of a sugary cereal like Fruity Pebbles and entwined with that is this pink frosted sugar cookie element that swirls with the Fruity Pebbles creating a sweet, fruity scent. It reminds me of childhood watching cartoons and eating cereal with cold milk in front of the TV. It’s girlish, pink, and delicious! I absolutely love it!
Was I disappointed about the lack of gingerbread? A little! I think spicy scents like gingerbread can be hard to pull off as they can be a bit irritating on the skin! They probably just should have said it had notes of sugar cookie, vanilla, and gumdrops instead of gingerbread as that’s what I get from this blend. But instead of fruity gumdrops we got a fruity sweet cereal note!
Of course, like most VS Body Mists, it disappears really fast. I’ve learned fast that getting the body lotion along with the body mist is key to making these last longer and creating a strong scent bubble that wears all day. You really do have to layer to get the most from these fragrances. If I use the body lotion I smell like a yummy sugar cookie with pink frosting sprinkled with fruity pebbles all day. And I don’t hate that!
